公安消防部队参与核电厂灭火救援行动的探讨

分析了压水堆PWR(pressurized-water reactor)核电厂的火灾危险性和核电厂火灾事故与核事故相互派生及转化的关系,总结了公安消防部队参与处置核电厂灭火救援行动应该遵循的基本原则,提出了公安消防部队在灭火救援行动中应注意的问题。

The fire hazard of pressurized-water reactor and the transformation relationship between fire and nuclear accident are analyzed in this paper. The fundamental principles which should be followed by fire forces are summarized when the nuclear power plant fire accidents are deal with, several problems are put forward in fire fighting activities as well.
