摘要
实验研究了不同剂量的胸腺素α1(Tα1)对粤黄雏鸡免疫器官指数、组织学结构、外周血和脾脏中T淋巴细胞增殖转化情况以及脾脏抗体形成细胞的影响。结果表明,低剂量(0.015mg/kg体重)Tα1可显著提高鸡免疫器官指数,可使胸腺髓质小体数和淋巴细胞数增加,皮质增宽;脾脏胸腺依赖区和法氏囊依赖区细胞增加,高剂量(0.06mg/kg体重)Tα1则引起法氏囊髓质细胞变性和坏死。结果提示,一定剂量的胸腺素α1可提高鸡的免疫功能。
The effects of different dose of thymosin α1 on the immune function of Yuehuang chicken were studied. The low dose of thymosin α1 (0.015 mg/kg)could increase significantly the immune organ indexes of chicken,increase the number of Hassalls corpuscles and lymphocytes within thymus medulla,and broaden the thymus cortex. Thymosin α1 also increased the number of cells within dependent zones of thymus and bursa. But high dose of(0.06mg/kg)thymosin α1 could induce degeneration or necrosis of cells in the bursa of fabricius medulla.The result implied that thymosin α1 could promote the immune function of chicken.
