摘要
自动机床多采用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller.PLC)作控制系统。文章针对PLC软件设计标准IEC61131-3,提出了一种自动机床分析与建模方法,该方法以统一建模语言(UniformModeling Language,UML)为工具,以机床组件类库为基础,通过机床功能分析、结构分析、行为分析来定义机床行为状态图,遍历该状态图即可抽取顺序功能图(Sequential Function Chart,SFC)控制程序。该方法用于自动机床建模,简化了自动机床控制系统的编程过程,增加了控制程序的可维护性。
It is popular that Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is used as control system of Automation Machine Tools (AMT). Aiming at IEC61131-3 programming language standard of PLC, a method used for analysis and modeling of AMT is presented in this paper. This method is based on Uniform Modeling Language (UML) and classed library of machine tool components. It includes three steps. First functions, structure and behaves of ATM are analyzed. Second state charts of ATM are built, and third, Sequential Function Chart (SFC) control program can be obtained by traverse the state charts. This method can simplify the programming of control system of AMT, and improved the maintainability of the control system program.
