摘要
齿轮在工作温度和环境温度偏离标准温度后,其齿形会发生改变,引起齿形误差,而齿形误差又是影响齿轮传动平稳性的重要因素之一。为测出温度变化对齿形误差的影响,文章利用一套可实现测温控温的四维高精度多功能热变形测量装置,设计在特定环境中测量齿形误差的实验方案,并对其误差源进行分析,结果显示该实验方案可实现在不同温度下测量齿形误差,且精度可靠,实测结果表明:温度变化越大,引起的齿形误差也越大。
The total profile of gear is one of the important factors that influence the stability of gear. It will be changed when its work and ambient temperature deviates from the standard temperature. Using a four - dimensioned universal installation with high precision that can control and measure temperature, an experiment program is designde in particular condition to measure the total profile error changed with temperature. The result of analytical error is prowed that this method is practicable and its precision is reliable. The conclusion is that the total profile error is increased when the variation of temperature rises.
