摘要 在现代加工业中,组合机床在提高产量和保证质量等方面起着重要作用。论文主要从机械、电气、液压等几个方面简要介绍曲轴轴端内孔加工组合机床的设计思路与实现。该机床采用移动工作台实现双工位、双向工作进给,工作随夹具移动,以缩短辅助工作时间,提高工作效率;其特点还在于任一工位可单独实现自动循环加工。机床夹具采用液压夹紧,工作用V型块定位,为了在磨损后更换方便,设计时对V型块和定位块的尺寸精度及行位公差提出严格的要求。 In the modern factory, the modular machine tool is an important means that in order to increase in productivity and improve quality. The article introduce the design of the modular machine tool for drill in the end of the crank in brief on mechanism, electrical system, fluid drive etc. Locomotive workbench was used in the machine tool to achieve two work place and two-way work. Work pieces move with jig for shorten the accessorial tome to increase in productivity. The characteristic consist that whichever work place can automatically process too. In the machine tool, the work pieces were pitched in ‘V' swages and were clamped by fluid drive. On designing, the hard and fast requests of the ‘V' swages and the swages of orientation were brought for ward that include the precisions of size and the tolerance of shape for expediently replacing if they were be wear and tear.
