摘要 文章结合中国制造业的现状,采用单片机技术,以车床床身做为测量仪器的本体,将测量传感器装夹在机床溜板上研制成了在位测量的大中型轴类零件形位误差量仪。该量仪实现了圆度、圆柱度、同轴度、轴线直线度的真实测量,具有机械控制、数据采集、数据处理、网络通信、打印、显示、报警等功能。仪器的测控系统采用单片机技术,选用精密测量元器件和抗干扰、低温漂的电子元件,系统设计、PCB设计中较为充分的考虑了EMC(电磁兼容)问题。整个系统性能稳定、可靠,有较高的性能价格比。与圆度仪、圆柱度仪、三坐标测量机和同类量仪即大中型轴类零件的形位误差量仪相比,该量仪的设计更符合中国的国情,具有很好的市场前景。 After thoroughly surveying plentiful measurement instruments for snape & psition inside and outside country and their market in China. The main body of this instrument is the body of lathe and the displacement sensor is mounted on the slide board. So the instrument can automaticly measure form & position's errors of parts of large and middle shafts in-situation.It can truly measure roundness, cylindricity, coaxity, straightness of axes and fulfill mechanism control, data acquisition, data process, net communication, display, print and alarm. Its measurement and control system applies MCU technology Currently, selects electronic components with high precision or electronic components with strong anti-jamming and low dUIO/dT. And During system designing and PCB designing, EMC is well regarded. This system with a good ratio of quality to price is steady, reliable. Compared with Roundness instrument, Cylindricity instrument, 3-Axis Measuring Machine and the same instrument to measurement of large and middle axie-like components, the instrument's design is more fit to present industries of China, and is expected to very good market in future.
