摘要
TopBP1(topoisomeraseⅡbeta-bindingprotein1)和ATR(ataxia-telangiectasiamutated-andrad3-re-lated)-ATRIP(ATR-interactingprotein)通过调节一些因子在DNA损伤检控点(DNAdamagecheckpoint)中起着关键的作用,其中TopBP1可以激活ATR-ATRIP的复合体。文章着重阐述了TopBP1和ATR-ATRIP如何调控细胞周期并发挥其维护基因组完整性的作用。
TopBP1 and ATR-ATRIP play a key role in the DNA damage checkpoint through modulating some cytokines. Moreover, TopBP1 can activate ATR-ATRIP complex. This review focuses on how the TopBP1 and ATR- ATRIP regulate the cell life cycle and their roles in maintaining the integrity of genome.
