摘要
阐述了数字制造和数字化加工在现代制造业中的重要地位,根据数字化加工环境下制造质量的新特点,提出多源、多工序质量信息综合评估的观点。针对数字化加工过程质量诊断问题,提出了加工过程误差源诊断的分析方法,给出了加工过程工序质量控制和诊断的集成框架,结合国内外在加工质量诊断研究和应用的示例指出,采用多源智能信息融合、人工智能处理和综合决策等方法是实现数字化加工过程建模以及集成质量诊断的有效途径和发展趋势。
With some analysis on the important position that digital manufacturing and machining hold in the modem manufacturing industry, the view of multi - source and multiple working procedure quality information evaluation is proposed according to the new feature of manufacturing quality under digital machining. To the issue of quality diagnosis in digital machining, a method of error cause source diagnosis in machining process is proposed, and integrated framework in working procedure quality control and diagnosis is presented. Together with examples of research and applications in domestic and overseas, the paper points out that it is effective approach and developing trend that modeling and integrated quality diagnosis under digital machining process adopting some methods such as multi- source intelligent information fusion, artificial intelligence technique and integrative decision etc.
