摘要
提出一种基于误差传递思想和灰色预测理论的质量控制的误差模型。在工艺设计中利用该模型合理制定工序公差可以提高工序的工艺能力,从而提高零件的成品合格率。在加工过程中利用误差模型预测6σ值变化并根据各工序的工艺能力的动态变化来适时地动态调整工序公差,以提高工艺过程成品合格率,从而为CIMS的质量控制提供一种手段。
This thesis proposes a deviation model for quality control, on the basis of deviation transmission idea and the Grey System prediction. This deviation model distributes different tolerance to each process, ensuoring fewer waste products in the intermediary process and thus higher rate of standard end products through the whole process. This deviation model can alse timely adjust the tolerance in each process according to the dynamic change in its technological capacity, raise the rate of standard end products through the process and thus provide a means of CIMS quality control.
