恶性肿瘤组织CD8^+/CD28^+细胞表达与细胞凋亡的相关性

Correlation between CD8 ^+/CD28 ^+ Cell Expression and Apoptosis in Malignant Tumor Tissue of Patients with Malignant Tumor

目的探讨恶性肿瘤组织中CD8+/CD28+细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞的机制。方法用流式细胞术检测恶性肿瘤组织中CD8+/CD28+细胞表达率及细胞凋亡(APO)水平,并分析两者之间的关系。结果恶性肿瘤组织的CD8+/CD28+细胞检出率为(6.86±4.19)%,显著低于正常对照组织(11.85±3.80)%(P<0.01)。恶性肿瘤组织APO检出率为(1.49±1.24)%,显著低于正常对照组织(4.34±3.28)%,(P<0.01)。在恶性肿瘤组织中,CD8+/CD28+细胞检出率和APO表达水平呈显著正相关(r=0.5995,P<0.01)。结论恶性肿瘤能引起组织中CD8+/CD28+细胞表达率和APO检出率显著下降,且二者检出率呈显著正相关。恶性肿瘤组织中CD8+/CD28+细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞的机制可能与诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡密切相关。

Objective To study the correlation between CD8^＋/CD28^＋ cell and APO expression level in malignant tumor tissue on patients with malignant tumor, Methods CD8^＋/CD28^＋ cells and APO cells percentage were measured in malignant tumor tissue from 190 patients with malignant tumor by flow cytometry. The correlation was analyzed between CD8^＋/CD28^＋ cells and APO percentage, Results CD8^＋ /CD28^＋ cells and APO cells percentage of malignant tumor tissue were lower than those of normal control tissue （6.86 ± 4. 19） ~, （ 1.49 ± 1. 24） G and （ 11. 85 ± 3, 80） G, （4.34 ± 3, 28） ~, respectively, （P〈0.01）. There was a significant positive correlation between CD8^＋ /CD28^＋ cells and APO cells percentage in malignant tumor tissue （r=11. 5995,P〈0. 01）, Conclusion Malignant tumor may induce significant decreasing of CD8^＋/CD28^＋ cells expression and APO level in tumor tissue. The percentage of both showed a significant positive correlation. CD8^＋/CD28^＋ cells could reduce the apoptosis of tumor cells, which may contribute to explore the mechanism of CD8^＋/CD28^＋ cells killing malignant tumor cells.
