The paper mostly illustrates an Infrastructure for network - safety PKI, which is a guarantee in safety of the Electronical commerce and Electronical government. The paper analyzes in detail the development, advantage and deficiency of PKI in the aspect of composing, technology and practical application of PKI, at last, it also briefly discusses the unborn developing trend of PKI.
