摘要
设计了一种CMOS工艺的锂离子电池保护芯片,采用整个电路工作在亚阈值区的电路设计,特别是基准电路和偏置电路,从而使电路具有非常低的功耗;采用电阻网络分压,使同一种型号可以产生不同系列。这种设计可以在较宽的电压范围内工作,且经仿真表明,结果是满足实际要求的。
We describe a novel CMOS process Li - ion battery protection IC. The circuit has low current consumption because it works in subthreshold region, especially its benchmark circuit and bias circuit work in subthreshold region. A kind of this protection IC has multi - series because the voltage of benchmark circuit is from resistance net. The protection IC can work in wide voltage range. We can achieve design goals via simulation.
