针对某公司的涂层生产线的循环水冷却系统,设计并实现了一种采用FX2-48可编程控制器为主控制机的恒压恒水位供水控制系统。详细论述了系统硬件配置和软件设计,实现了对供水的恒压恒水位自动控制。
Based on the system of Circulating Cooling Water on coating line of a certain corporation , this article designs and realizes a kind of constant pressure and constant water level supporting water controlling system, which is adopted FX2 - 48 PLC as the center computer, and in a specific way explains the hardware collection and software planning. It realizes constant pressure and constant water level automatic control supporting water.
