三电平逆变器SVPWM调速控制系统的研究

摘要 为了研究三电平逆变器在高压大容量电机变频调速中的应用,详细分析了三电平逆变器的开关模型和拓扑结构,得到了在三电平逆变器供电下异步电机调速系统的数学模型,提出了一种以空间矢量脉宽调制实现对逆变桥控制的方法。仿真表明,该方法可以有效地实现三电平空间矢量控制,实现高性能异步电机调速控制。 In order to study three-level inverters using in high voltage, high power motors drive applications, the switch model and topological structure were analyzed in detail, the mathematic model of the asynchronous motor was presented, then a method that SVPWM control convert bridge was proposed. The simulation results indicate that the method can effectively realize three-level SVPWM control and high performance speed-regulation of asynchronous motor.
