摘要
为提高制品加工速度和精度,在快速成型加工过程中,必须对切片数据进行重新拟合处理。同时为简化后续的插补处理,不宜采用过多的标准圆锥曲线及不规则参数曲线等多种类型组合曲线拟合。因此,提出了用双弧曲线和线段组合曲线拟合STL文件切片数据,在插补运算速度和曲面光滑度方面均得到很好的效果。
In the process of rapid prototyping, in order to improve the efficiency and the accuracy of the processing, it was necessary to fie these slice datum again. In order to simplifying the later interpolation, it was not suitable to fit the datum by adopting combination curves such as parabola, B-spline or curves with irregular parameters. Put forward to fit the datum with combination curves of biarc curves and minute lines, which provides rapidly interpolation and smooth curve-faces.
