摘要
在总结传统张力控制方法的基础上,阐述了一种在软件设计上采用数字PID控制、硬件设计简便有效的实用张力控制器,讨论了控制过程中的具体输出量化和抗干扰问题。实验结果证明,该控制器结构简单,成本低廉,具有良好的性能。
Based on the traditional tension control methods, a utility tension controller were described which has quite simple but effective hardware and also digital PID control algorithm used in it's software design. The specific output quantization in it's control procedure and anti-jamming technology were also discussed. Experiment result proves that it has simple structure, low prize and good performance.
