涡旋压缩机闪发器系统性能的模拟分析 被引量:12

摘要 介绍了带涡旋压缩机经济器的三种典型热泵系统,即前节流闪发器、后节流闪发器及过冷器系统,利用基于热力学第一定律和实验数据建立的分析模型,对闪发器系统的性能特性进行详细的模拟分析,指出了闪发器系统中间补气压力的适宜值。模拟结果还表明:与过冷器和后节流闪发器系统相比,前节流闪发器系统在低温工况下可以更有效地改善压缩过程,有利于提高空气源热泵的低温制热性能和运行可靠性,是寒冷地区比较适宜采用的空气源热泵系统。 The typical heat pump system with economizer coupled with scroll compressor, namely conventional flash-tank, an imprved flash-tank and sub-cooler, is presented. With aid of the analytical model based on the first law of thermodynamics and the experimental data, the performance behaviors of these economizer systems are predicted, and the refrigerant pressure in flash-tank is opti- mized. The calculated results also show that the conventional flash - tank can efficiently improve its compression process and heating capacity and reliability under the conditions of low ambient temperature, compared with the other two economizer systems, and it is a desirable thermodynamic cycle to the air- source heat pump to be used in cold regions.
