Environmental standard is a frequent concept in environmental science, and it is so important to the legislation and enforcement of environmental law. The article chooses environmental fights this aspect to discuss environmental standard system. After introducing the basic contents of environmental standard and environmental rights respectively, the article further analyzes the relationship between the two. Finally, we approach two difficult problems about environmental standard, wishing to be helpful to the study in this area.
