目的阐述喷雾干燥技术在中药领域中的应用及进展。方法根据国内外24篇相关文献,对喷雾干燥技术的原理、应用、存在的问题与解决方法等方面进行综述。结果喷雾干燥技术在中药领域中发挥着非常重要的作用,可应用于干燥、制粒、制备微囊和包衣等方面,其存在的粘壁、吸湿和热敏性等问题可以通过相应的方法得到解决。结论喷雾干燥技术将推动中药现代化的发展进程,在中药领域中有着广阔的发展前景。

Objective To review the application and progress of spray drying technique in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The principle, application, problems and solving methods of spray drying technique were reviewed by consulting the related references. Results The spray drying technique played a very important role in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. It could be applied in the dryness, granulation, microencapsulation and coating of the medicine. The problems such as viscousness, moisture absorption and hot sensitivity could be solved by the relevant methods. Conclusions The spray drying technique will promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine modernization. It has a vast development foreground in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
