摘要
锦纶帘线以其优良的性能,在橡胶轮胎骨架材料中占有很大的比例。文中介绍了生产锦纶帘线用包芯纱的纺纱机构和生产工艺的设计,并提出了提高产品质量的技术措施,认为包覆率以50%～60%为宜,捻度在65～75捻/10cm时效果最好。
The proportion of Polycaprolactam tyre cord used in the reinforcement material of tyre is very large because of it＇s good property. Spinning mechanism and technological design in spinning polycaprolactain tyre yarn are introduced in this article. The technical measures to improve product quality is put forward with 50% - 60 % covering rate and 65 - 75 twist/10cm twisting reaching the best effect.
