摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜行结直肠癌根治术的可行性和疗效。方法回顾性分析4例腹腔镜结直肠癌手术病人的临床和病理资料。结果4例病例无围手术期死亡。腹腔镜手术时间平均为10分钟,出血量5-100ml,淋巴清除数平均13个。随访1个月-1年,目前尚未发现有小切口和穿刺孔转移。结论腹腔镜技术在结直肠恶性肿瘤根治性手术中有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the availability and effect of laparoscoic colorectal operation. Methdos To retrospectively analyze clinical records of 4 cases of laparoscopic colo rectal operation from 2005. Results There was no death in all the patienst perioperation.The average number of lymphnodius was 13.There was no port-site recurrence to he found during follow- up, Conclusion The study suggests that laparoscopic curative colo rectomy for carcinma of colo and rectum is a less invasive technique with a broad prospect.
