摘要
为观察柠檬酸与热力联合应用杀菌效果,探索其用于血液透析机管路消毒的可能性,采用载体浸泡定量杀菌试验和模拟现场试验进行了研究。结果,将8200 mg/L柠檬酸水溶液加温至(80±1)℃联合作用20 m in,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值>3.00。将8200 mg/L柠檬酸水溶液加温至(54±1)℃联合作用30 m in,,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值仅为1.13。将8200 mg/L柠檬酸水溶液加温至38℃温度联合作用30 m in,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢基本没有杀灭作用。将含8200 mg/L柠檬酸的水溶液加温至80℃对透析机管路循环作用7.5m in,对污染在管路中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均消除对数值>5.00。结论,柠檬酸与80℃温度联合作用具有良好杀灭细菌芽孢的作用,并可有效杀灭血液透析机管路中污染的细菌芽孢。
In order to observe the germicidal efficacy of combined use of citric acid and heat and to explore the possibility of their application to disinfection of the pipeline of hemodialysis machine, cartier immersion quantitative germicidal test and simulated field test were used to carry out study. Results: The killing logarithm value of spores of Bacillus subtilis vat. niger on cartier exposed to the combined action of 8200 mg/L citric acid water solution heated to ( 80 ± 1 ) ℃ for 20 min was 〉 3.00 and that of the spores exposed to the combined action of 8200 mg/L citric acid water solution heated to (54 ± 1 ) ℃ for 30 min was only 1.13. Combined action of 8200 mg/L citric acid water solution heated to 38℃ for 30 min essentially had no killing effect on spores of B. subtilis vat. niger. When the water solution containing citric acid 8200 mg/L was heated to 80℃ and circulated in the pipeline of hemodialysis machine for 7.5 min, the average eliminating logarithm value of spores of B. subtilis vat. niger contaminating the pipeline was 〉5.00. Conclusion: Conbined action of citric acid and 80℃ heat has good sporicidal efficacy and can effectively kill the bacterial spore contaminating the pipeline of hemodialysis machine.
