复方奥硝唑溶液杀菌效果试验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF ORNIDAZOLE COMPOUND SOLUTION

为了解复方奥硝唑溶液的杀菌效果,对其进行了悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,以含奥硝唑800 mg/L的该复方溶液作用5 m in,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌平均杀灭率均达到99.98%以上;作用10 m in,杀灭率均达到100%;该液随奥硝唑浓度增加或作用时间延长,杀菌效果增强。动物试验表明,复方奥硝唑原液对皮肤无刺激性和无变态反应。该消毒液在37℃下储存3个月,奥硝唑含量下降率为5.88%。结论,复方奥硝唑溶液具有良好的杀菌效果,对皮肤无刺激性、无变态反应,储存性能稳定。

In order to know ornidazole compound solution＇s germicidal efficacy, suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out. Results ： The compound ornidazole solution containing ornidazole [ 1 - （3 - chloro - 2 - hydroxypropyl - 2 -methyl- 5 nitroimidazole）800 mg/L with a 5 min contact time killed over 99.98% in average of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in suspension and the same solution with a 10 min contact time killed 100% of these bacteria. The germicidal efficacy of this solution increased with increasing concentration of ornidazole or prolonging the contact time. Animal test indicated that the stock solution of the ornidazole solution was not irritating to skin and did not induce allergic reaction. After ornidazole compound solution was stored at 37℃ for 3 months, its ornidazole content decreased by 5.88%. Conclusion： Ju San Qi ornidazole compound solution has good germicidal efficacy, does not induce allergic reaction and is not irritating to skin and stable during storing.
