摘要
在市场机制作用下,媒体作为竞争主体,应该按照市场规律引入企业竞争战略。对媒介行业竞争经常采用的3个通用战略———成本领先、别具一格和集中一点进行了分析,指出了在选择这些战略时应注意的问题。
Under the function of market mechanism, media begins to introduce competitive strategies from enterprises according to the laws of market as the subject in competition. The paper sums up the three common strategies adopted by media in competition cost as a top priority, a distinctive style and con centration. Then it points out some noteworthy problems in choosing the strategies.
