摘要
普通高校学报只有以建设“特色栏目”为追求,通过开设有特色、有实力的专栏,增强吸引力和凝聚力,形成学报独特的风格,才能在强手如林的学术期刊业竞争中崭露头角。要办好特色栏目,必须加强策划,选好栏目主持人,依据本校的优势学科设栏,培养固定作者群。同时,发挥编辑的主观能动性也不能忽视。
In 2004, the Ministry of Education started The Enforcement of the Plan for Constructing Famous Columns in the Social - Philosophical Edition of University Journals ,which has given university journals a favorable opportunity for development. The average universities should be in pursuit of constructing columns of distinguishing features, consolidate and optimize various academic resources, bring into full play their academic and regional advantages to increase their appeal and cohesion. Only when a university journal forms its own unique style can it display its remarkable talents in the copmetition of academic journals.
