摘要
基于职业导向的拓展训练不仅能够丰富和完善管理类课程体系,而且符合素质教育的需要,更有利于大学生身心健康的发展和社会适应能力的培养。对基于职业导向的拓展训练在管理类课程中的应用进行了研究,旨在为高等学校管理类课程的改革提供理论参考和方法借鉴。
Outward bound can not only perfect the system of management courses, but also meet the demands of quality - oriented education. It is also beneficial for college students to keep sound in body and mind and to develop their social skills. This paper tries to analyze and research into the application of career - oriented outward bound in management courses so as to provide theoretical refenence and methods for reforming management courses.
