In our country, business innovation and development face many obstacles. The article points out that the information service of university libraries should understand independent - innovation based on the national strategies, attach great importance to their close combination with scientific technology and economy and make good use of preponderant resources such as academic resources, information resources, modern facilities and professionals. These resources should be infiltrated into every, factor of economical activities so as to ensure the innovative development of enterprises.
