摘要
春秋动荡时期,郑国子产顺应历史潮流,运用宽猛二手治理国家,厉行改革,取得了辉煌的成就,为后人赞颂。其宽猛相济的法律思想对于我们今天更好地贯彻依法治国的主张有着重要的借鉴意义和启示。
In the spring and autumn peried（770BC476）,Ziehan managed his country with two methods which were strength and grace, he practiced a series of reforms which complied with the main trend of history, and was praised by later generations. There is much in his legal thoughts that we can make use of administering our country in accordence with law.
