党的先进性建设有其科学内涵、本质特征和时代要求。只有正确地认识和掌握这三方面的内容,并处理好党的先进性和党员先进性之间的关系,才能很好地取得其践行的实效,长期保持党的先进性。

The establishment of the Party advancing has its own scientific intension, features and the demand of the era. These three factors should be recognized and mastered in order to gain its practical efficiency and the long-last advancing. We should deal with the relationship between the advancing of the Party and the Party members.
