民国时期河南水灾及其发生原因探究

The Study on the Flood and Its Causes in Henan Province during the Period of the Republic of China

民国时期河南水灾频发，灾荒严重，究其原因，有河南地形、气候、河流分布等自然因素，更有社会经济乏力、政治腐败及战争影响等社会原因。

The flood happened frequently and the famine due to crop failures was serious in Henan Province during the period of the Republic of China. The disasters were due to the nature factors：the terrain,climate,river distribution of Henan etc. They were also due to the social factors： the poor social economy, political corruption,the war effect and so on.
