On Educational Development and Creation of Vocational Education

职业教育面临着困境与挑战，职业教育应改变传统的观念，以基本知识和基本专业技能为基础，注重对学生创新素质的培养，培养出能适应目前经济发展需求的技术人员，并从可持续性发展出发，培养出具有自主学习能力和创新精神的人才。

Vocational education faces the challenge and so many difficulities. Traditional idea about vocational education should be changed. It should take basic knowledge and basic professional skill as foundation and put the importance on the training of innovative quality about students, foster more people who can fit in with the economic development at present, start from continuous development, bring up more talents who have autonomic studying ability and innovative spirit.
