我国利用外资结构分析及政策调整

The Analysis of Foreign Capital Structure of Our Country and Policy Adjustment

从我国利用外资现状来看,外资产业结构、区域结构、来源结构及利用方式都存在不合理因素,对外资的利用效率及我国经济的结构均衡都将产生负面影响。因此,我国利用外资的政策,应进行相应的调整:(1)实现外资产业结构的优化;(2)完善外商投资的地区布局;(3)拓宽引资来源渠道;(4)促进利用外资方式多元化;(5)实现管理方式调整转变。

With reform and opening being deep -going unceasingly, our country has utilized more foreign capital than any other country in the world. Keeping foreign capital structure rational and optimizing is the important guarantee for making our country utilize foreign capital effectively, and is also the key to realize the comprehensive, concerted and sustainable development of our economy. However, according to the present situation of our foreign capital utilization, there still exist some irrational factors, such as foreign capital＇ s industrial structure, regional structure, source structure, the way of utilization and so on. These will affect the improvement of the efficiency of our foreign capital utilization, and eventually affect the structural equilibrium of our economy and future growing pathway. Therefore, this article begins with analyzing the problems that exist in our foreign capital utilization, by assaying the reason for these problems, finally puts forward to some policy advice for optimizing our foreign capital structure.
