摘要
现代企业组织有条件具备形成耗散结构的基本属性,即企业组织具有开放性、非平衡性、内部的非线性作用、涨落导致有序等4个特性。按照耗散结构理论,耗散结构因其自身属性会产生负熵,由此可避免传统封闭组织因正熵积累而缺乏活力的弊端。因此,耗散结构理论对企业组织再造具指导作用,企业组织再造应注重向扁平化、无边界化、网络化、内部市场化和学习型组织的方向发展。
The article analyzed the prerequis!tes of modern enterprise to form the dissipative structure, which included principles such as opening, non - balancing , internal non - linear and rise and fall order . We explained the rationale of enterprise reorganization in the viewpoint of dissipative structure theory. Finally, we pointed out the direction of reorganization toward thin and fiat, borderless , webbing , internal marketing and learning organization.
