摘要
目前,我国精神病人犯罪不断发生,严重危害社会治安。在精神病人的管治工作中存在的一些亟待解决的问题,必须通过完善法律和改革现行体制、解决安康医院保障和规范公安机关强制医疗的执法程序加以解决。
At present, that psychopaths commit crimes happened mostly in China. It harms the public order seriously. Some problems existed in the work of managing and controlling the psychopath. These problems must be solved urgantly. It can be solved by consummating the law and present system, settling the mechanism of the AanKang hospital and standardizing the law of forcing medical treatment by police department.
