媒介蚊虫在西尼罗病毒传播循环中的作用 被引量:7

摘要 西尼罗病毒的频繁爆发和迅速蔓延成为当今全球普遍关注的新的公共卫生问题。研究证实蚊虫为其主要的传播媒介。为了探讨蚊虫在西尼罗病毒传播中的地位和作用,本文就西尼罗病毒相关的媒介蚊虫的种类、影响蚊虫感染和传播的因素以及蚊虫对于长期保存病毒的机制进行了综述,提出西尼罗病毒传播循环中蚊媒生物学的研究方向。 Frequent outbreaks and quick spread of West Nile virus (WNV) infection become a worldwide public healthy problem. Mosquitoes were proved as primary vectors involved in the transmission cycle of WNV. The present article reviews the latest advance on the function of mosquito vectors in transmission of WNV, including species of potential mosquito vectors, inter and outer factors that affect their susceptibility, and the role they may play in the over-wintering of the virus.
