运用文献资料、专家访谈和逻辑分析法,从我国普通高校体育教育的发展和具体实践出发,对我国普通高校体育教育的指导思想、目标、内容、组织方法以及管理机制等方面进行了剖析和思考,探讨了当前高校体育教育中存在的问题,并提出了解决这些问题的方法。

By using the method of documents, interview and analysis, the author embarks from PE development and the concrete practice of ordinary higher school, ponders on the physical education guiding ideology, goal, contents, educational method as well as management mechanism of higher school ,discusses the question which in the current PE exists, and proposes the solutions of these questions.
