摘要
用ANSYS程序建立了我国自主设计的PTA干燥机的三维有限元模型,计算得到了干燥机在不同载荷工况下的应力强度、位移分布云图,并对计算结果进行分析。自主设计的PTA干燥机满足强度条件、刚度条件。
The three-dimensional finite elemnt model of China autonomous design PTA dryer was built with ANSYS program. By the calculation, the stress tenacity and displacement distribution cloud charts of the dryer under different working loads were obtained. The tenacity and stiffness conditions of the autonomous design PTA dryer can meet the requirement.
