摘要
本文提出了一个面向三维变量设计的产品形状可变特征模型,其中包括特征树、特征表及特征约束关系图等新概念,用于描述设计过程中的形体模型和特征间的相互内在联系,从而不仅可作参数化设计,还支持更广泛意义上的变量设计.此外,为了实现特征修改后的模型快速变动算法,本文还建立了修改特征集合和特征树结点的贡献特征集合,并对特征约束关系图的验证以及特征树的重构算法进行了讨论.
This paper develops a variable feature model of product for 3D variational design, which includes new concepts such as feature tree, feature list and feature constrain graph. It is used to propose product model and geometric constraints in the process of design and thus can support not only parametric design but also any kind of model variations. Besides, the modified feature set and the contributive feature set of feature tree node are formed so as to accomplish the model variation algorithm as quickly as possible after a feature is modified. The solutionof feature constraint graph and the rebuilding algorithm of feature tree are also described.
