摘要
给出了一个基于H.264标准的视频编解码器的软终端实现方案。该方案实现了实时视频流的采集,编码,传输,解码和还原显示的整个过程。该方案优化了编解码器的算法,选择了一种合适的编码数据打包传输方式,提高了视频编解码效率和视频传输的可靠性。
This paper presents a scheme about soft video terminal based on H. 264 video coding standard, which is about the real- time video capturing, encoding, network transporting, decoding and displaying. This scheme optimizes the arithmetic of the video codec, chooses an appropriate packetization mode to transport the encoding video stream, which improves the efficiency of video codec and the reliability of video stream transporting.
