摘要
以香草醛和硝基甲烷为原料,通过缩合、还原和成盐反应,合成了4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙胺盐酸盐,并通过IR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征。进一步探讨了反应温度、催化剂用量和反应物摩尔比对缩合反应产率的影响,以及还原剂的制备、反应温度和反应时间对还原反应产率的影响,还原产率达到66.8%。
With raw materials of vanillin and nitromethane , 4-Hydroxy-3-methoxyphenethylamine hydrochloride was synthesized via condensation, reduction and hydrochlorination. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR and ^1H NMR. The influence of the reaction temperature, catalyst proportion and reagent mole ratio to the yield of the condensation was studied, and the preparation of reducing agent, reaction temperature and time make the effects on the yield of the reduction was studied also. The yield of the reduction was 66.8%.
