Study on the board setting under the structure of the listed companies——Example-analysis based on the management achievements of the listed companies

通过对我国证券市场上市公司的实证分析,依据公司治理结构下的董事会设置的相关理论,找出我国公司治理结构下董事会设置的缺陷和不足,结合我国的实际情况,给出了相应的政策建议。

Through the example-analysis to the listed companies in the stock market of China, we find out some disadvantages and limitations in the current board settings under the management structure of Chinese company, based on the related theories of board setting. Combining with the real situations in China, the corresponding policies and suggestions are given here.
