不同年龄组正畸患者多种不合作行为因素的对比分析

The comparative research of various uncooperative behaviors of orthodontic patients of different ages

目的探讨不同年龄组正畸患者不合作行为因素的差异。方法将95例6～15岁正畸患者分为儿童组与青少年组,对6种常见的不合作行为进行统计学分析。结果两组病例仅在对治疗缺乏兴趣这一种不合作行为上差异无显著性(P＞0．05),其余五项差异均有非常显著性(P＜0．01)。结论不同年龄正畸患者大多数不合作行为因素是不同的,因此正畸医生应区别对待以取得患者良好配合。

Objective： To study the differences in uncooperative behaviour of orthodontic patients of various ages. Methods Ninety-five 6 ～ 15 year-old patients were divided into two groups：the ehildren＇s group and the teenagers＇ group. Their most common six uncooperative behavioural factors were statistically analyzed. Results： There was no significant difference between the two groups in the uncooperative behavioural factor of lacking interest in the treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, while the other five factors showed significant differences （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The orthodontic patients of various ages are different in most respects of uncooperative behaviour, so the orthodontists should deal with different cases in different ways so as to gain the cooperation of patients.
