X线与CT在诊断眼眶骨折中的应用

Effect of X-ray and CT in diagnosis the fracture of orbital surface of frontal bone

目的探索X线平片和CT在诊断眼眶骨折中的作用,评价二者在诊断眼眶骨折中的优势和不足。方法对73例眼眶骨折患者的X线平片和CT进行了回顾性的对比分析。结果眼眶直接骨折21例(24处),眼眶爆裂骨折39例(50处),眼眶复合型骨折13例(15处),分别占全部病例的28．77%、53．42%、和17．81%。结论X线平片对直接骨折和复合型骨折显示率较高,对眼眶爆裂骨折显示率较差；X线平片可以提示CT的扫描方式和部位。CT是诊断各型眼眶骨折最精确的方法,明显优于X线平片。CT扫描方式是准确诊断各型眼眶骨折的必要条件。

Objection： To observe and compare the effects of X-ray and CT in diagnose the fracture of orbital surface of frontal bone. Methods ： The X-ray and CT in 73 cases with fracture of orbital surface of frontal bone were analyzed retrogressively. Results： There were 21 cases with direct fracture （28.77% ）, 39 cases with cracked facture （53.42% ）, and 13 cases with compounded fracture （ 17.81% ）. Conclusion： The diagnosis rate of X-ray is high in direct fracture and and compounded fracture, but a low diagnosis rate in cracked fracture. The scanning method and scanning parts of CT can be guided by X-ray. CT is the best method in the diagnosis of all fracture of orbital surface of frontal bone. So the choice of a correct scanning method is necessary in the diagnosis of fracture of orbital surface of frontal bone.
