摘要
目的通过光敏剂介导的光氧化反应处理牛颈静脉带瓣管道,观察其理化与抗钙化性能。方法新鲜牛颈静脉带瓣管道24根,随机分为3组:光氧化反处理组(Ⅰ组);戊二醛处理组(Ⅱ组);新鲜对照组(Ⅲ组),不作固定处理。3组分别测组织含水量、最大应力值、组织蛋白含量;前两组植入活体1月后测组织含钙量。结果与Ⅲ组相比,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的管道组织蛋白含量都明显减少(P<0.05),最大应力值均明显提高;组织含水量方面,Ⅰ组与Ⅲ组无差异,Ⅱ组明显减低(P<0.05);但钙化程度上,Ⅰ组显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.001)。结论经光氧化反应处理的牛颈静脉带瓣管道特性更接近于新鲜组织,但又同戊二醛处理的管道一样,具有组织稳定性,且钙化程度低,可望成为一种好的临床生物材料。
Objective: To observe the physiochemical properties and calcification resistance of the bovine jugular conduits with valves stabilized by dye-mediated photo-oxidation Methods : Twenty-four bovine jugular conduits with valves were divided into 3 groups and treated with dye-mediated photo-oxidation ( Group Ⅰ ), glutaraldehyde ( Group Ⅱ ) and untreated group ( Group Ⅲ) respectively. Tissue water content , breaching strength and tissue protein content were studied. Pieces of Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups were implanted in back of SD rats. 30 days later, calcium concent analysis was carried out. Results: There was no difference in tissue water content between Group Ⅰ and Ⅲ, but there was significant difference between Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ. the breaching strength of Group Ⅰ was higher than that of Group Ⅲ( P 〈 0.05 ), but lower than that of Group Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05 ). A decrease in tissue protein content was found in Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ. The tissue calcium content of Group Ⅰ was obviously lower than that of Group Ⅱ ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusions : The dye - mediated photo-oxidation can effectively preserve the tissue stability and reduce the calcification.
