摘要
用二氯异氰尿酸中和法制备二氯异氰尿酸钠,并通过正交试验确定了主要反应工序———氰尿酸二钠盐氯化反应的最佳反应条件:反应温度15℃,反应时间2 h,氰尿酸浓度85 g.L-1,原料CA与NaOH的摩尔比为1∶2,产品的平均收率为86%。
Sodium dichlorinated isocyanuric(DCCNa)was prepared by dichloro isocyanuric acid neutralization method, and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments :reaction temperature 15 , reaction time 1.5 h, isocyanuric acid concentration 85 g·L^- 1, molar ratio of isocyanuric acid (CA) to sodium hydroxide (NaOH)1:2.00. The average yield of production was 86 %.
