Suppression Subtractive Hybridization and its Application in Study of Heart

摘要 抑制性消减杂交是近几年提出的一种以抑制PCR为基础的差异显示基因克隆技术。该方法具有简便易行、特异性高、能分离出丰度较低的特异性片段等优点,陆续用于心血管研究。该文阐述其原理、方法、优缺点及其在心脏发育、心肌肥厚、缺血/再灌注、心力衰竭及心肌病等研究中的应用,并对该法的应用前景作一展望。
