摘要
自20世纪90年代中期实行大学素质教育以来,不论是素质教育理论还是实践均有不少成功的探索,但问题也非常突出。素质教育的实质就是人本教育,而世界上一度风行的种种教育目的观却并非有利于素质教育,包括我国现行教育方针也是偏向社本的。只有明确教育目的观,只有教育回归人本,素质结构、课程设计、实践组织以及考试评价等问题才有可能迎刃而解,大学素质教育才有可能步入坦途。
Implemented since the middle of 1990s, quality education of university, no matter in theory and in practice, have many successful explorations and problems as well. The essence of quality education is the education of people. The purpose of different popular education in the world didn' t benefit to quality education, including our current education principle focusing on society. Only making clear the purpose of education and focusing on people can structure of quality education, curriculum design, practice organization and examination assessment be solved and quality education of university set foot on bright road.
