摘要
企业的发展,是一个国家经济发展的主动力,企业中层经理的激励问题对企业的发展具有重要意义。传统的激励理论与措施对现代企业的中层经理并不完全适用。因此对企业中层经理的激励措施要进行改进,其改进措施可以从丰富激励手段、拉长激励时限等方面着手使隐性激励与显性激励相结合、递延激励与现付薪酬相结合。
The development of enterprise is the main drive for the national economic development. The inspiring problem of middle - level manager has an important significance to enterprise' s development. Traditional inspiring theory and measurement don't apply for middle - level managers in modem enterprise. So we should reform inspiring measurements of middle - level managers by enriching inspiring means; expanding inspiring time limit; combining unobvious and obvious inspiration; integrating expanding inspiration and immediate payment.
