深层培养中赭曲霉菌球催化坎利酮11α羟化反应条件的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了氮源、碳源对11α羟基坎利酮转化率的影响。从赭曲霉菌球形态的角度解释了菌球直径、结构与11α羟基坎利酮转化率之间的关系。发现外部菌丝粗壮,分布均匀,内部菌丝虽有分化,但分化不明显的菌球能获得高11α羟基坎利酮转化率。 The effects of nitrogen sourses, the carbon sourses on 11 α hydroxy-canrenone conversion ratio were investigated. The relationship between mycelium pellets diameter, structure and 11α hydroxy-canrenone conversion ratio was researched. Pellets with strong and uniform mycelium differentiating slightly were benefit to bioconversion.
