摘要 阐述了适用于挤出机上的空穴传递混合器(CTM)的结构特点、混合机理,并给出了应用实例。空穴传递混合器对物料有较强的混合、塑炼和分散功能,应用空穴传递混合器后,在CTM高的剪切和分散功能作用下,使挤出物的混合质量有了大幅度的提高,流动条纹厚度明显减小。 A cavity transfer mixer (CTM) was designed for extruder. The structural feature, the mixing mechanisms and the application of cavity transfer mixer using in extrusion were investigated. The experiment results demonstrated that CTM had a better action of mixing, dispersion and plasticating capacity to mixture. The distributive mixture quality was greatly improved, and the striation thickness of extrudate was decreased by the use of a CTM due to its repeated high shear rate and distributive mixing actions.
